Extreme Hardcore Sledding

I went on a Boy Scout trip this weekend!!! I can’t really say where it was, but I’ll say that it was upstate in the mountains. I guess I’ll tell you guys every single detail because I have nothing else to do :).

Sledding is fun, but only when you add some rules. There was over a foot of snow where we went on the campout, so we had some good snowboogieing, but after a while it got boring. We packed down the snow in one area to make a track, where we can play a sled game. We decided to call it “Hardcore Sledding” when there are 2 people per snowboogie, and “Extreme What does this look like to you?Hardcore Sledding” when there are 3 people per snowboogie. This game is very, file:/home/louisVERY dangerous, exciting, and fun. We had 3 snowboogies, and basicly we raced down the track, but you had to try to keep the other teams from winning. What you could do was (1) jump off your snowboogie and onto the other teams snowboogie, throw them off theirs, and then you get your own snowboogie and one team is down; (2) jump into the middle of the track and block everyone else; (3) pull/push backwards on other peoples snowboogie to slow them down while gaining speed; and basicly anything you can to win. I liked being in the back of the snowboogie and face backwards while the other person steers, this way I can use my feet to push off of other people, or jump off onto other snowboogies. Anyway, I almost always won.

Go to a Dunkin Donuts and order a torus. You will get a kick out of the person’s face. It was my math teacher’s idea, and I got to do it this weekend on the way to the campout. I got a nice clueless look from the lady when I did it, but she did give me my “Marble Frosted Torus” when she figured out what I meant. Well, at least I got a good laugh :).

I got to sleep in a recliner!! That thing was so damn comfy. I slept rather well, but I would have rather slept outside, but we didn’t have enough tents, so I was in the cabin with the nice, warm fire. I also got my ass kicked in Risk (LOTR). My partner tried to annex me because I was doing badly for a little. Anyway, he took most of my property, so I made a deal with the other side in order to get him killed. You see, he owned most of the board, so I just wanted him dead. I didn’t care whether or not I won, I just wanted him to lose all his property. Anyway, the game ended up ending when we had to go to sleep, so yeah.

I just found what might be the coolest movie. It’s called The Passion of the Christ, and it shows what happens in the last 12 hours of Jesus’s life (well, before ressurected 3 days later). It’s rated R, but I still am DYING to see it. It comes out on the 25th, so I can’t wait ^_^
