I have a few topics to cover today, but first I’d like to bring to attention my new About Me page. Go to it, check it out, then read this post. Ok? Good. Now to get started…

Ok, so people are saying my blog doesn’t look right. They say that the pages, which are on the right, appear all the way below all of my posts. Now, the only place that this should happen in is Opera, because Opera has problems rendering some CSS. Well, guess what? Opera is fine. The thing that doesn’t work is Internet Exploder (uh yeah, I don’t like saying the names of microsuck products… it raises their pagerank). Now, I viewed this site in IE, and guess what? IT WORKS FINE! If anyone is having this problem, add a comment to this post and tell me your browser, your screen resolution, and your operating system. I like my pages to work in ALL browsers.

I set up AudioScrobbler! Now you can see the songs I last listened to right on my sidebar. I used to have something like this set up when I was one windoze and it used winamp, but I couldn’t find one for xmms. Now I found AudioScrobbler, and it works great! Anyway, if you wanna see what I’m listening to, or what I was listening to, you can look on my sidebar, or on my AudioScrobbler profile.

Check out this article Anyway, remember that city in Germany that was switching to Linux (hoorah!). Well, they’re having some issues. Apparently, they just realized that the guy who owns the patent for some software they’re using can send them a cease-and-desist order. In case you don’t know, that’s BAD. However, I think that everything will be worked out, and I really hope that other places follow their example and STOP USING MICROSOFT PRODUCTS!

Yeah, in case you were wondering, I now have pages, and a search thingie on the sidebar. Actually, I used to have the search thingie, but I took it off because it was taking up valuble space. Now, guess what? IT’S BACK! Also, you can now scroll down to the bottom of this page, and see the last 30 posts 5 posts per page. Isn’t that nifty?

I entered Matt’s admin section color scheme contest. I based the scheme on this very blog, so uh… yeah. It looks really cool… and dark. Then again, dark IS cool… I’m just confusing myself, so I’ll just shut up now

Unrealpages.com (go there! it’s yummy!) is doing very well so far! Well… not quite. Actually we’ve had about 7895434597279465 people sign up so far who speak crappy english, and 1 person, who isn’t chinese, who can speak english. Now, I have no clue how we are attracting all these asians, but IT’S ALL CHRIS’S FAULT!!!

Well, you might be wondering what’s up with today’s title. The answer? Well, Bobby asked me what today’s title was, and I replied “none of your business”. The truth is, I didn’t have a title yet, but guess what? Now I do :-D. Well, actually it really makes no sence, but hey! It works!

Yeah, I made another layout. This new layout is sort of a cross between my last one, and the one right before it. It’s not that different from the others, but I really like it. It’s just… nice. This one actually took the longest to make, because I had to figure out a way to make the layout not get messed up on pages where the menu is longer than the content. In order to do this, I looked at the Gemini template for wordpress, and saw how it’s done in that template. After I looked there, I was able to make this layout work fine. I also did not use absolute positioning here, and the floats took me a while to figure out, but I did it :-D.

No more Asides????? Yeah, I ditched the asides. Why, you ask? Because they’re dumb. I mean, they count as posts, but they’re really small and are completely pointless. Why have an aside when you could cover that topic in the actual post? Well, good ridance!

Asides? Isn’t that Photomatt’s thing? Well, yeah, it is. But hey! it’s a great idea! Anyway, from now on, these little guys will be here. Now, they’ll be all over the place depending on when I post. Just treat them as mini-posts. It took me a while to figure out how to do it, but hey! It works! The only problem is that they screw things up. I might stop posting them, because they ARE posts, just really small ones, and well… they mess up the syndication feed and the mobile version of this site (yeah, if you view this site with a cell phone or PDA, you get a special version).

Hmm… I can see by one of your asides that you’re listed on the Wordpress topsites list. Why yes, why yes I am thanks for noticing. I’d like to be number 1 on that list, so if you could vote by clicking here, it’d be great.

Why weren’t you here yesterday and the day before? Well, actually, it was because I got my internet taken away by my dad. Yes, I’m 14. Suprising, isn’t it? Why, you ask? Well, I hit my little sister in the head with a pillow just playing around, and then she starts attacking me with her nails (they’re sharp) and kicking me in the face and crap. After it was all over, I punched her, and uh… yeah.

Holy shit… the Star Wars episode 3 title’s out? Yeah, it’s out and it sucks. It’s called Revenge of the Sith, and the title sucks. To tell you the truth, all the new Star Wars movies aren’t that good. They’re not as good as the older ones. I’ve never really been big on Star Wars though (Don’t kill me!). Anyway, the title’s too much like “The Empire Strikes Back”. It’s really the same idea… Oh well, the Jedi Purge should be interesting :).

Yeah, well technically this is my first rant, so I’m going to try to do it as best as possible.

I for one can’t stand crappy commercials. Yeah, you know which ones I’m talking about. Those cheaply made ones with the crappy special effects and sounds like they come from Powerpoint.

For instance: There’s that lense repair solution commercial.. I think it’s called LiquidLense or something. Anyway, it has all the aspects of a cheaply made commercial. Yeah, the pale colors, the announcer voice that’s so annoying, the little ting-a-ling-ling sound and little sparkles around the features when they come on screen, etc…

Another thing is The Clapper and Chia Pets. Yeah, I know they’re both really cool products, but the commercials just SUCK! I mean, if they want you to buy their products so badly, the least they can do is invest a little more money in their commercials!

Now, Kidz Bop is a whole different story. Their commercials are only a little crappy, but their product just sucks! I mean, who really wants to buy a cd of a bunch of kids singing gleefully to songs like “My Immortal” or “The Reason”. They take perfectly good songs, and rip them apart. Well, not all songs are good, another one of their albums had some Hilary Duff junk on it. Now, when they do songs by artists like Jojo or Hilary Duff it’s just pointless. Jojo’s only 13, and Hilary’s only about 16 or so, and they both already sound like kids. Now, I haven’t even MENTIONED the commercial yet. The little video of kids singing and dancing has NOTHING to do with the songs. Why the hell are kids DANCING to My Immortal. It’s such a depressing song (that kicks ass) and they’re DANCING??? Kidz Bop serves no point, and it sucks, no doubt about it.
