Crap, I just got home from stage band and realized I had homework in that class that I don’t know the name of… You know, the one where you learn about things in the past? They don’t call it History, and they don’t call it Social Studies… Ah, yes. Global History… or was it World History? Anyway, yeah I have homework in that class.
Anyway, more about Stage Band… It’s a band that performs for special school things. This friday we have this safe halloween thing for little kids with overprotective parents, and we have to play there. In case you’re sitting there wondering what we play, it’s jazz. Yeah, if you know me well, you’d know that my
LEAST FAVORITE types of music are Jazz and Rap. I can’t stand either of them, but we’re playing September and Night Train, so I guess it’s OK. The only thing I really have problems with is Spooky. We play trombone (’we’ being Caitlin [yeah, my girlfriend Caitlin], Timmy [even though he plays baritone, he has a valve trombone], and myself), and therefore we have the melody. Whoa, that was a ton of parenthesis. Is that the right order? eh, whatever. Anyway, yeah, I have to learn Spooky before this Friday, so yeah.
I’m trying to get back into my schedule of blogging daily, or at least every other day. Even if my day was totally boring, I’ll still write something in here. I don’t know what I’d write, but there’d be something here for you to read. I have a rough draft of a short story due monday, so I’ll probably post that here if I’m satisfied.
Mmmm… Rock Climbing. Just so you know, there won’t be a post Saturday, since I’ll be climbing. I’ll post more on that tomorrow: I don’t want to waste the topic.
And last, but not least, I upgraded to XHTML 1.0 Strict. It would be at 1.1 if IE didn’t screw it up, but it does so I have to use 1.0 Strict. There’s also a blogroll (yes, again) on the sidebar. I know it’s really cluttered now and stuff, but I might decide to get rid of some of the buttons and just have text. I’m not sure yet.
Goodnight!

The only problem with playing the trombone - your lips get chapped REALLY EASY. I learned this the hard way.

You sort of get used to it. Tonight I played for about an hour and a half straight. Usually it’s 2 hours.

Wow, I just tried validating your page as 1.1, to see the error. Hehe. that sucks. Perhaps the next version of Internet Exploder will be a tad more standards compliant, now that there is more competition, and there will be more whenever Gbrowser happens ( ;’( )
