See? Here I am… It’s sunday… And I’m blogging. It took me long enough, didn’t it? Hopefully soon I’ll be less lazy and I’ll blog more, but I’m really sorry I haven’t been posting anything lately. I’ve just been pretty busy with random stuff like XMG and Gentoo. Caitlin also broke up with me a few days ago (wednesday) so I’ve been kind of down… Well, I guess I’ll start.
Alright, I put it off, got busy with something else, and now it’s monday and I still haven’t published this. NOW I’ll start.
I went camping this weekend! It was alright. I can’t really say much about it here though, but I can say that we slept in a cabin, had ravioli for dinner, cookies and turnovers for dessert, and doughnuts from dunkin’ donuts for breakfast. Yeah, it wasn’t much of a campout in terms of camping, but we did go on a hike in which my dad couldn’t cross the streams. Yeah, there were 3 (?) streams in the way on the ‘trail’ that we went on. I say ‘trail’ because we got off the trail a few times, and when we got back we were on a completely different trail. Anyway, 2 of these streams had no official ‘bridge’ (the second one had a flattened log because it was on the trail). Dad couldn’t even get over the one WITH the bridge…. how pathetic. The first one he took forever on, the second one he freaked out in the middle and wouldn’t finish (that was the one with a flattened log going across as a bridge), and the third he wouldn’t even start to go over. I crossed that third stream many times because we had a snowball fight over there later in the day.
Yeah, I guess you want to know about Caitlin now. It’s still kind of hard for me to write about this, because I’m so damn upset. Well, I knew it was coming because she hardly talked to me since the beginning of the year and I didn’t even get a single hug. It was torture since I love her so damn much. I still love her now, I could never be mad at her… ever. Well, anyway she did it in almost the worst possible way. It’s right down there with ‘IM from a friend’ and ‘text-message’. Yep, it’s almost as bad as a text-message. It was a note. No, it doesn’t stop there, it wasn’t even written by HER! She got this kid who sits at her lunch table, Billy (I believe you all know him from earlier posts), to write it FOR her. She was right in front of me when I read it, so I knew it wasn’t just one of Billy’s little things to piss me off. It’s not even for someone else though! She did it for basically no reason. The note just said that she didn’t like me ‘in that way’ anymore, and that we could still be friends. So basically, it’s reverted to the beginning of 8th grade. Well, at least she talks to me more… Ironic, isn’t it?
That’s all. Remember to read What Could Possibly Happen today. If you didn’t know what it is, it’s a really long short story written through a blog. It’s kinda cool. I’m gonna publish the next section of it in a few minutes. C ya!
